Our promise
At Willow Baking Co., we believe treats should taste like someone made them with love - because we do. Every week, we bake small batches using real butter, premium chocolate, and ingredients we'd use in our own kitchens. No shortcuts, no preservatives, no day-old anything.
When you order from us, you're not getting whatever happened to be left on a shelf. You're getting cookies and cinnamon rolls baked specifically for you, pulled from the oven less than 24 hours before they're in your hands. We only make what's ordered, which means zero waste and maximum freshness - every single time.
We promise to treat your order like we're baking for our own family, because at the end of the day, that's exactly what this is: homemade goodness, scaled up just enough to share with our community.
Our process
Sunday - Wednesday: Place Your Order
Browse our menu on Simply Bread and choose your favorites. Orders close Wednesday at 10pm, giving us time to prep exactly what you need - nothing more, nothing less.
Tuesday: We Prep
This is our big baking day. We mix, portion, and freeze fresh cookie dough so it's ready to bake at peak freshness later in the week.
Friday: We Bake Your Order
Your cookies go from freezer to oven on Friday, baked fresh and packaged with care. In the evening, we prepare our cinnamon rolls for an overnight proof in the fridge - the secret to their soft, fluffy perfection.
Saturday Morning: We Bake & You Pick Up
Cinnamon rolls go in the oven at sunrise. By 9am, everything is fresh, warm (well, recently warm!), and ready for you at our farm stand. Choose your pickup window - 9-10am or 10-11am - and we'll have your order waiting.
It's that simple: order online, we bake fresh, you pick up Saturday. No lines, no waiting, no wondering if what you want is still available. Just really good baked goods, made just for you.
